What we offer
Three services, each with a fixed scope and a fixed fee
Each service is designed for a specific stage of the question: what could automation affect in our work, how do we implement it, and how do we choose between providers. They can be used separately or in sequence.
Back to homeHow these services fit together
Most organisations begin with the Task Review, which produces a register of recurring tasks and a proportionate picture of automation suitability. If that review supports proceeding, the Scheduling Implementation or Vendor Selection Advisory services provide the next step.
They are designed to be used in sequence, but each is also available independently. If your organisation has already conducted an internal review and wants implementation or advisory support at a specific stage, that is a reasonable starting point for a conversation.
Service 01
Back-Office Task Review
¥30,000 — Four weeks
A department-level census of recurring administrative tasks. We record the frequency, duration, variability, and the judgment each task requires — working alongside your teams rather than from a questionnaire. The output is a task register and a proportionate breakdown of what automation could and could not affect in your specific departments.
Task register with frequency and duration figures for each recurring task
Three-category classification: suited, partly suited, and not suited to automation
Note on tasks where automation would introduce more risk than it removes
Written register that is yours to retain, regardless of whether further work follows
Service 02
Scheduling System Implementation
¥41,000 — Ten weeks including parallel period
Deployment of automated scheduling for staff rosters, delivery routes, or appointment allocation. Built around your actual constraints — contractual hours, skill coverage requirements, individual preferences — not a generic template. Includes a parallel running period where automated and manual schedules run alongside each other before any transition is finalised.
Constraints documented and agreed before any build begins
Manual override retained throughout — by design, not as an afterthought
Parallel period with comparison figures covering schedule quality and preparation time
Documentation in terms your own team can read, maintain, and update
Service 03
Vendor Selection Advisory
¥34,000 — Five weeks
Independent support for organisations choosing between competing tool providers. We help define requirements before contacting vendors, set evaluation criteria that reflect your needs rather than what providers demonstrate well, run structured trials using your own material, and review contract terms — including data ownership and exit provisions — before you sign.
Written evaluation matrix you retain, regardless of which provider you choose
Notes on the questions each provider answered indirectly or deflected
Contract review covering data ownership and exit provisions before signing
No commercial relationship with any vendor under consideration

Where to start
Which service is the right starting point
If you are at the start
You are considering automation but do not yet have a clear picture of which tasks in your departments would actually benefit. Vendor proposals have arrived and you are uncertain how to evaluate them.
The Task Review is the right place to begin.
Task Review →If you have a specific problem
Scheduling is taking significant management time each week. You know the problem, you know the general approach, and you need implementation support that is built around your constraints rather than a generic template.
The Scheduling Implementation is the right fit.
Scheduling →If you are choosing a provider
Proposals have arrived from several vendors. You want to evaluate them against consistent criteria using your own material, and you want to review the contract terms before committing — with someone who has no interest in which vendor you choose.
The Vendor Selection Advisory is what you need.
Vendor Advisory →Across all services
What every engagement includes
Fixed fee, agreed in advance
The fee is agreed before work begins and does not change if the work takes longer than anticipated. We absorb that risk.
No vendor alignment
We hold no commercial relationships with tool providers. Our findings are not shaped by what any platform needs us to recommend.
Output you retain
Every engagement produces a written artefact you keep — register, documentation, or matrix — regardless of what follows.
Honest findings
If the evidence does not support proceeding, we say so. We do not propose additional work to soften a finding that does not support implementation.
