These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo consulting, Japan.

11. Dispute resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days. Where that process does not resolve the matter, either party may proceed to formal legal channels.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
