AI Integration in Business Processes

What could automation actually do for your organisation?

Before committing to a tool or a vendor, it helps to know which tasks in your departments are genuinely suited to automated handling — and which ones are not. That is where we start.

What we offer

An honest account of where automation fits your work

Many organisations receive proposals that frame automation as broadly applicable and routinely cost-saving. The experience of implementation rarely matches that framing.

Yorozu works differently. We begin by observing what your teams actually do — the frequency, duration, and variability of recurring tasks — and produce a proportionate picture of what automation could and could not affect in your specific context.

That picture becomes the basis for any decision you make, including the decision not to proceed. We have no commercial relationship with tool vendors, so our assessments are not shaped by what a particular provider is able to sell.

What this means in practice

Three things that shape how we work with you

Observation before recommendation

We spend time with your teams before reaching any conclusions. The tasks that look automatable from a distance are often different from those that actually are.

No vendor alignment

When we advise on tool selection, we evaluate options against your requirements — not against what any provider pays us to recommend. We maintain no commercial relationships with vendors.

Manual override as a principle

Every system we implement retains human override throughout. Automation that removes operator judgment from the loop introduces risk we are not willing to carry on your behalf.

The process

How an engagement typically unfolds

01

Initial conversation

We talk through your departments, current challenges, and what you are hoping to understand. No commitment follows from this call.

02

Observation and mapping

We work alongside your teams to record what actually happens — task by task, with time and frequency figures. This is where most assessments stop; for us it is where we begin.

03

Proportionate findings

We present a clear breakdown of which tasks are suited to automation, which are partly suited, and which carry risks that outweigh the potential efficiency gains.

04

Implementation or advisory

If findings support moving forward, we can implement, or advise on vendor selection. If they do not, we say so — and explain why.

Task census — illustrative

What a department's task map tends to look like

Each cell below represents one recurring task. Colouring reflects suitability for automated handling based on patterns observed across similar organisations. Yours will differ — that is why we observe first.
